Please print these terms and conditions and read them carefully.

As a member of Travelwriters.com you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and when using Travelwriters.com services and doing business with fellow Travelwriters.com members or suppliers you agree that these terms and conditions shall apply to your conduct.

1. TRAVELWRITERS.COM RULES

1.1. All membership applications are subject to verification by Travelwriters.com. Travelwriters.com will notify you in the event that your Membership application has been rejected.

1.2. You are obliged to provide correct and current details when you apply for Travelwriters.com membership and your failure to do so may invalidate your membership and any subsequent transactions. Your responsibility to provide accurate information is a continuing obligation and you must notify Travelwriters.com in the event that any information provided by you changes.

1.3. Your membership is personal to you. You are responsible for ensuring that no one (other than your personal assistant, where applicable) uses your membership.

1.4. Access to and use of the members section of the Travelwriters.com website is through a combination of user name and password and is reserved exclusively for members. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and you agree to notify Travelwriters.com immediately if you believe that there has been any breach of security (e.g. the unauthorized use of your name and password).

1.5. You agree that you will only use your Travelwriters.com membership for the purposes for which it is granted.

2. MEMBERSHIP FEES, CANCELLATIONS AND RENEWALS

2.1. The current PR membership is $900/year USD.  Any increase in the current membership fees will be notified through e-mail and on the Travelwriters.com website.

2.2. Your membership fee is non refundable. However, Travelwriters.com may at its sole discretion elect to refund your membership fee in whole or in part depending on the circumstances relating to the cancellation of any membership.

2.3. Travelwriters.com reserves the absolute right to cancel or suspend your membership (at its sole discretion) for any reason whatsoever. If Travelwriters.com cancels your membership, it shall refund the balance of the annual membership fee on a time apportionment basis in respect of the unexpired period to which the annual membership fee relates.

2.4. Membership fees are due on acceptance of your membership application. Membership fees are payable monthly by credit or charge card of which we hold the details.

2.5. You authorize Travelwriters.com to deduct renewal membership fees by any payment card at the beginning of each pay period or up to 28 days prior to or on your annual renewal date. If Travelwriters.com does not hold your payment details you will be contacted directly in order to renew your membership.

2.6. As soon as possible following collection of your renewal membership fee, you will be granted access to the site. If you do not wish to renew membership you must notify us within 10 days of your renewal date in which case you will receive a full refund of any renewal membership fee paid.

3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

3.1. As a member of Travelwriters.com, you are entitled to all of the benefits set out on our website.

3.2. As a registered member of Travelwriters.com please note that suppliers of benefits and the benefits themselves are subject to availability and may change from time to time without notice.

3.3. Travelwriters.com shall not be responsible for any actions of fellow members outside of Travelwriters.com’s actual control.

4. USING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

4.1. You may only make requests by telephone, e-mail or through the site, once you have been accepted as a member.

4.2. Travelwriters.com reserves the right to withdraw any of these services and/or to refuse to supply the services requested.

4.3. If  Travelwriters.com is unable to deal with any request, it will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable.

4.4. Fellow Travelwriters.com members and suppliers may impose their own terms and conditions and you are required to comply with these.

4.5. When accessing a benefit, you acknowledge and agree that Travelwriters.com shall have no liability in respect of or be responsible in any way whatsoever in respect of the relationship or transaction.

5. TRAVEL SERVICES

5.1. Any services including travel tickets and package holidays attained through Travelwriters.com will be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel or holiday operator and the suppliers. Please note that Travelwriters.com is not an authorized travel agent or tour operator and only acts as an introductory agent on behalf of Travelwriters.com members. All rights and remedies you have are against the relevant supplier.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. Travelwriters.com does not and will not provide any representations or recommendations in relation to any of the information and suggestions comprised within the Services. You are deemed to be responsible for, and shall use your own skill and judgment as to, the quality, value and suitability of such information and suggestions in relation to deciding whether to enter into any contract with any third party for the supply of services.

6.2. Travelwriters.com acts as an agent for its members and suppliers and, unless expressly provided otherwise, all your rights and remedies are against these parties. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is designed to give any other person any rights or remedies.

6.3. Travelwriters.com will not be responsible for products and services offered by its members and suppliers or for any aspect of the relationship between you and any particular member or supplier. Travelwriters.com will however do everything it reasonably can to assist you in any dealings you have with the members and suppliers.

6.4. You agree that any contract entered into by you with any of the members or suppliers is an independent contract. Travelwriters.com disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any member or supplier or any loss incurred by you as a result of any act or omission of a member or supplier whether or not arranged through the Travelwriters.com.

6.5. Travelwriters.com accepts no liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the site or any failure to complete a transaction.

6.6. Travelwriters.com shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatever (whether direct or indirect) resulting from the provision of the services or your reliance upon the information and suggestions provided by Travelwriters.com hereunder and the resulting supply of goods and services to you by any third party.

6.7. Travelwriters.com shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of you.

6.8. Travelwriters.com shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Travelwriters.com's obligations in relation to the services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Travelwriters.com’s reasonable control.

6.9. Travelwriters.com’s maximum liability to you for breach of any of its obligations hereunder shall be limited to the value of the annual Membership fee and the charge for the Services to be provided.

6.10. Travelwriters.com aims to ensure that viruses (or other programs having adverse effects) do not reside on the Site, but Travelwriters.com accepts no responsibility in relation to this.

7. CHANGES TO THESE SITE RULES

7.1. Travelwriters.com may vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will notify you of any changes in a timely manner. Notification will be by some or all of the following medium:

7.1.1. The Travelwriters.com newsletter;

7.1.2. The Site;

7.1.3. E-mail; 

7.2. Your continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance of the altered Terms and Conditions.

8. COPYRIGHT

8.1. Travelwriters.com owns or is lawfully entitled to all of the copyright in this site. All other intellectual property rights are reserved. This site is for your personal use only - you may not use it for personal commercial purposes. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this Site for your personal use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this Site.

9. LINKS

9.1. Travelwriters.com assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which the site has links and shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, products or services available on such hyperlinked sites. Travelwriters.com may not have control of such web sites. The inclusion of any hyperlinks to such other web sites does not mean that Travelwriters.com endorses the material on such web sites or has any association with the owner thereof.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

10.1. These terms and conditions and your membership with Travelwriters.com are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida and are subject to their exclusive jurisdiction.

10.2. The provisions of the "Privacy Policy" applies at all times.
