Introduction

I'm a professional travel writer and journalist living and working in France since 1995. I started as a reporter at the Phoenix Gazette, spent four years as writer and photographer for a university news bureau, and started working in Paris with ELLE.com as Travel Editor.

I worked as a freelance writer and photographer out of the French Riviera for three years before moving back to Paris in 2004, where I now work as a writer and private tour guide. I have one full length guide published, "Adventure Guide to Paris & Ile-de-France" (Hunter, 2004), and have written for Fodor's Paris, Fodor's France, Fodor's Côte d'Azur, Michelin Green Guide Paris, Michelin Green Guide French Riviera, Home & Abroad, Expedia.com, Eurocheapo.com, Time Out Paris, easyJet inflight magazine, France Magazine, Jetaway Magazine, Hemispheres Magazine, ELLE, Discovery Travel Online, Healing Retreats & Spas, and the London Times.
