Introduction
Leffel is a veteran travel writer whose work has appeared in dozens of publications over a 16-year period. He is the author of The World's Cheapest Destinations and Make Your Travel Dollars Worth a Fortune, as well as being co-author of Traveler's Tool Kit: Mexico and Central America.
